MOUNT BALDY ZEN CENTER POLICY AGAINST HARASSMENT AND DISCRIMINATION:
MBZC is committed to providing a work-study environment within the sangha that is in keeping with the spiritual and ethical principles of the organization, and is free of unlawful harassment or discrimination. MBZC policy prohibits discrimination or harassment because of race, color, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, age, national origin or ancestry, physical or mental disability, or any other basis protected by federal or state law, or local ordinances applicable to nonprofit religious corporations. MBZC’s anti-harassment policy applies to all persons involved in the operation of MBZC, and prohibits unlawful harassment by any teacher, practitioner, employee, or student.
